How the AI Visibility Sprint works
Short answer: The 30-day sprint locks a small prompt cohort, records the baseline, builds up to three priority owned-site interventions, and remeasures the same prompts.
The engagement
The sprint is designed as a controlled operating loop, not a promise to publish a certain number of generic articles.
Week 1: define and observe
We choose one narrow commercial territory: a service, category, audience, or geography where the business has a credible right to win. We convert that territory into 6–12 buyer prompts and lock the selected answer-engine cohort.
- Confirm business facts, audience, and constraints
- Choose recommendation and comparison prompts
- Record visibility, competitors, answer context, and cited sources
- Audit the owned website against each prompt gap
Week 2: prioritize and build
Each opportunity is scored for buyer intent, observed visibility gap, evidence strength, content fit, and implementation effort. The sprint then produces and coordinates up to three approved pages or revisions.
Pages follow an answer-first structure: a direct answer above the fold, explicit entity and location facts, useful comparison context, short FAQs, internal links, structured data where appropriate, and a clear human CTA.
Weeks 3–4: allow discovery and remeasure
After publication, the intervention record preserves the URL, target prompt, ship date, commit or deployment reference, and any deviation from the approved brief. The same prompts and model cohort are then measured again.
The final decision
Scale when a targeted cohort moves and the pattern deserves expansion. Keep when the page is useful but more observation time is needed. Revise when the prompt remains weak and the answer or evidence needs work. Stop when the opportunity no longer justifies effort.
What the engagement does not claim
- Guaranteed mention or ranking in any answer engine
- Revenue attribution from an AI-generated answer
- Broad account-level improvement from one page
- Control over indexing, retrieval, or model behavior
Delivery questions
Who approves the content?
The client approves facts, claims, and public website changes before anything ships. The engagement does not invent pricing, availability, affiliations, testimonials, or performance claims.
Who publishes the pages?
Publishing is coordinated during scoping. The work can be implemented directly in an accessible website repository or handed to the client’s web team with acceptance criteria.
What happens if a prompt does not improve?
It receives a keep, revise, or stop decision based on the evidence. Flat results are part of the learning loop and prevent weak tactics from quietly becoming an indefinite retainer.
What happens after 30 days?
The final report identifies which prompt experiments should be scaled, revised, maintained, or stopped. Ongoing work is optional and should be based on the measured opportunity.
