Hotel Dilley
Visibility doubled for one high-intent extended-stay buyer question after a purpose-built page shipped.

The measured result
Hotel Dilley’s visibility for “What extended-stay lodging in Dilley offers kitchenettes and flexible terms?” doubled from 20.0% to 40.0% in the locked prompt cohort.
The intervention
The AEO Factory identified a gap around extended-stay lodging, kitchenettes, and flexible-term language. A targeted owned page was built and deployed at hoteldilley.com/extended-stay-kitchenettes-dilley.
The page directly answered the buyer question, named Hotel Dilley and Dilley, Texas, used approved property facts, and created explicit sections around stay fit, kitchenette details, flexible-term verification, and common questions.
The measurement
- Baseline and follow-up used the same locked prompt cohort
- The follow-up occurred four to five days after the new page shipped
- The factory decision for this experiment was scale
The honest conclusion
What can be said
The targeted prompt cohort showed an early 20-point visibility lift after the intervention. This is evidence of prompt-level movement, not a guarantee of broad account improvement or revenue impact.
